No. WebRun only reads your DigitalOcean account. It never destroys a droplet, detaches a volume, or deletes a snapshot. Every item on the list stays exactly where it is until a person decides.
How does it know a resource is idle?
It reads the live state in the control panel: droplets powered off, volumes with no droplet attached, snapshots older than the retention window you set, and load balancers with no backend droplets.
Can it skip resources we keep on purpose?
Yes. Tag the droplets, volumes, or snapshots you want kept, tell WebRun which tag means keep, and those resources are left out of both the Teams list and the WhatsApp total.
