How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it contact customers without my staff checking the message first?
No. Every reminder is left as a Gmail draft. A staff member reviews and sends it, so the tone and any policy details are confirmed before the customer sees anything.
When does it start sending storage fee warnings?
You set the thresholds. The default drafts a polite reminder from day 3 and adds a storage fee note from day 7. Tell WebRun your policy and it will reflect it exactly.
What if the customer has already collected but the ticket was not updated?
WebRun reads live ticket status from RepairDesk each morning. If the collection has been marked in the system, the device is skipped automatically.
