Let customers know their part has arrived and the repair is starting
When Syncro shows a parts order as received, WebRun matches it to the waiting repair ticket, drafts a short notice to the customer that the part is in and repair is starting, and pings the bench team in Slack so work begins without delay.

How do I automatically notify customers when their repair part arrives?
When Syncro marks a parts order as received, WebRun matches it to the linked repair ticket, drafts a parts-arrival notice to the customer in Gmail, and pings the bench team in Slack so they can start the repair right away. Staff review the draft before anything reaches the customer.
- Repairs restart within minutes of parts arriving, not the next morning
- Customers get a proactive update before they have to call and ask
- Bench team sees a clear queue of newly unblocked jobs in Slack

Questions, answered
Will it send the customer notice automatically?
No. Every customer-facing message is drafted in Gmail and waits for a staff member to review and send. Nothing reaches the customer without human approval.
What if the same ticket has multiple parts on order?
WebRun checks whether all required parts on the ticket have arrived before drafting the notice, so the customer is only contacted once all parts are in stock.
Does it work if parts orders are tracked in a separate system?
Currently it reads parts and ticket status directly from Syncro. If you track parts elsewhere, let WebRun know the source and it can be adjusted to match your workflow.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
