How do I get alerted before Deskera inventory runs out of stock?
WebRun checks Deskera Inventory every morning for items that have dropped below their reorder point, drafts a restock email to each item's usual supplier in Gmail, and posts you a Slack list of what is low. Nothing is ordered automatically. Every supplier email waits as a draft until you review and send it yourself.
- Low stock items get a supplier draft before you run out
- Reps and buyers open Slack to a ready restock list every morning
- Items already on order are skipped automatically, so drafts never duplicate

Questions, answered
Will it email suppliers without me?
No. Every restock email is left as a draft in Gmail for you to review and send. WebRun never places an order or emails a supplier on its own.
How does it decide what counts as low stock?
It reads each item's reorder point directly from Deskera Inventory, so the threshold is whatever you have already set for that item.
What if I already reordered something?
It checks for an open purchase order first and skips any item already queued, so you will not get a duplicate draft.
