Find lab materials sitting unused before they expire or tie up cash
Every Monday, WebRun opens Evident, reads inventory movement records for the past 30 days, identifies all materials with zero consumption in that window, calculates the value of idle stock, and posts a slow-moving inventory report to Google Sheets and sends a summary to Telegram so your purchasing manager can reduce par levels, return stock, or shift materials to another project.

How do I track slow-moving dental lab inventory each week?
Every Monday, WebRun scans Evident for lab materials with zero consumption in the past 30 days, calculates the total idle stock value, and logs the report in Google Sheets. It sends a Telegram summary to the purchasing manager so slow-moving or near-expiry materials are visible before they tie up cash or spoil.
- Idle stock is visible every Monday before more of the same material is ordered
- Near-expiry slow movers are flagged before they become a write-off
- Trend data in Google Sheets shows which items are chronically slow-moving

Questions, answered
How does it define slow-moving? Can I change the window?
By default, slow-moving means no consumption in the past 30 days. You can change the lookback window to 14, 60, or 90 days at setup, and WebRun applies it on every run.
Will it return or write off stock automatically?
No. WebRun only surfaces the list and its value in Google Sheets. Decisions about returning stock, adjusting par levels, or writing off materials are made by your purchasing team.
What if an item was just received and genuinely has not been used yet?
WebRun reads the received-on date from Evident. Items received within the past 14 days are excluded from the slow-moving flag to avoid false positives on new stock.
