- New entrants and exits are texted the week they happen
- Segmenting a market stops being a week of tab work

Questions, answered
Does it contact any of the companies?
No. The only text WebRun sends through Twilio goes to your own team number. Companies on the map are never messaged, and no outreach happens from this workflow.
How do I choose which companies are in the map?
Save the search in Crunchbase once, filtering by industry category, location, and any size band you want. WebRun reruns that same saved search every Monday and rebuilds the table from the results.
What if a company was acquired or shut down?
It shows as an exit. WebRun compares each week's results against the previous map, marks companies that dropped out, and texts you the change rather than silently removing the row.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
