1
Crisp - review last week's conversations
WebRun opens Crisp to review last week's conversations. - Open Crisp and filter the inbox to conversations from the last seven days
- Capture the operator who handled each conversation, the time to first reply, and the time to resolution
- Record the rating a visitor left where one exists, and note the conversations that closed with no rating
- Group the totals by operator and by the segments you use to tag conversations
- Read only. WebRun never reopens, replies to, or closes a conversation
Done when Last week's conversations are counted and grouped by operator, segment, and rating.
-
2
Notion - write the scorecard
WebRun opens Notion to write the scorecard. - Add a new row to your support scorecard database for the week just finished
- Fill in conversations handled, median first response time, and average rating for each operator
- Show the change against the previous week beside every figure so the trend is visible
- List the lowest rated conversations with a link, so a coaching example is one click away
Done when The scorecard page holds this week's per-operator figures and the week-on-week trend.
-
3
Slack - post the headline numbers
WebRun opens Slack to post the headline numbers. - Post the headline numbers to your support channel: total conversations, median first response, and average rating
- Call out the biggest movement up or down against last week
- Link through to the full Notion scorecard for the detail
- Keep it internal. Nothing is sent to a customer
Done when The support channel has this week's headline numbers with a link to the full scorecard.
How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it reply to or reopen any conversations?
No. WebRun reads the Crisp inbox and nothing more. It never sends a message to a visitor, reopens a closed chat, or changes an assignment. Only Notion and Slack get written to.
What if most chats have no rating?
It reports the rated ones separately and shows how many closed unrated, so a small sample is never presented as if it covered the whole week.
Can I score by segment as well as by operator?
Yes. WebRun groups the same figures by the segments you already tag conversations with, so you can see whether one product area drives the slow replies.
