Surface your highest delinquency risk accounts before they roll further
Every morning, WebRun opens MeridianLink and identifies loans with payments 15 to 89 days past due or showing early risk signals, scores each account by delinquency severity and balance, logs the results to a Google Sheet risk tracker, and sends your collections team a prioritized Telegram message so the highest-risk accounts are worked first.

How can a credit union automatically score and surface delinquent loan risk each morning?
WebRun opens MeridianLink every morning, identifies all loans 15 or more days past due plus early-risk accounts, scores each by severity and balance, updates your Google Sheet risk tracker, and sends the collections team a prioritized Telegram worklist. No member is contacted by the automation. Collections officers work from the ranked list.
- Collections staff know which accounts to call first before the workday begins
- Accounts that deteriorate overnight are flagged and moved to the top of the list
- The Google Sheet risk tracker builds a running delinquency history automatically
Built for credit union collections officers · loan portfolio managers · credit risk teams

Questions, answered
Will it contact members about their delinquency automatically?
No. WebRun only surfaces the worklist to your collections team. All member outreach is initiated by a collections officer after reviewing the prioritized list.
How is the risk score calculated?
Accounts are scored by days past due and outstanding balance. You can adjust the thresholds in the Google Sheet configuration so the scoring matches your credit union's own delinquency policy.
What if an account made a payment overnight and is now current?
WebRun reads live MeridianLink data on each run, so any account that has cured since the last run is automatically excluded from that morning's worklist.
