Questions, answered
Does it publish the listing publicly or to listing sites automatically?
No. The listing is created in Buildout at draft status. Syndication to listing sites is a separate manual step the broker takes after reviewing and approving the listing record.
What if some fields in the intake are missing?
WebRun flags missing required fields in the Slack kickoff alert and creates the Buildout record with the data available. The assigned broker can fill the gaps before syndication.
Can it create the offering memorandum automatically?
Buildout can generate a draft OM from the listing record data. WebRun can trigger that step after the record is created, leaving the draft OM for the broker to review and finalize before distributing.
