Questions, answered
Will it send SMS messages to reporters automatically?
No. Every reporter SMS is queued for coordinator review and is only sent after a coordinator approves it. WebRun never sends a message to a reporter on its own.
What if a reporter has no jobs today?
Reporters with no jobs scheduled in ReporterBase for today are simply not included in the SMS queue. Only reporters with at least one confirmed job receive a brief.
Can reporters reply to the SMS to confirm?
Twilio supports two-way SMS so reporters can reply. WebRun can be configured to log replies back to ReporterBase, but that requires an additional setup step with your Twilio number.
