How do I track supplier contracts before they auto renew?
Every Monday, WebRun opens Coupa, reads the contracts with an end date inside your notice window, and captures the supplier, value, renewal terms, and notice period. It builds a countdown in Airtable showing the last date to give notice and messages the urgent ones to your procurement group on WhatsApp.
- Renewals surface months out, while there is still leverage to negotiate
- The last date to give notice is calculated, not guessed
- Auto renewing contracts are separated from the ones that simply lapse
Built for procurement teams · finance managers · operations leads · vendor managers

Questions, answered
Will it renew or cancel a contract?
No. WebRun reads contract records in Coupa and never amends, approves, terminates, or renews one. Giving notice or signing a new term is always a human decision made in Coupa.
Does it contact suppliers?
No. The WhatsApp message goes to your internal procurement group only. Any conversation with a supplier is written and sent by your team.
How far ahead does it warn me?
As far as you choose, commonly 120 days. WebRun also works back from each contract's notice period and shows the last date you can give notice, which is usually earlier than the end date.
