Questions, answered
Does it message customers about their fabrication progress?
No. This is an internal shop schedule only. WebRun posts to your Slack channel and never contacts customers. Customer-facing updates are a separate draft-and-review workflow.
What if a job is added to today's schedule after the digest runs?
You can trigger the workflow manually at any time to refresh the schedule. For high-volume shops, you can also set a second run at midday to capture late additions.
Can it handle different stations, such as saw, CNC, edge, and polish?
Yes. WebRun groups jobs by the station or crew assigned in Moraware Systemize. As long as your Moraware setup tags each job's stage to a station, the schedule will reflect it.
