What counts as a stalled application?
Any application with no stage change or activity recorded in LoanPro for more than two consecutive business days is flagged as stalled. You can adjust this threshold to match your service-level targets.
Will it contact applicants about stalled applications?
No. It only posts an internal Slack digest to your originations team. Any applicant communication is handled by your team after reviewing the flagged items.
Can it show who is responsible for each stalled application?
Yes. If LoanPro has a loan officer or processor assigned to the application, it reads that field and includes the responsible team member's name in the stalled application list.
