In short

How do I find out the morning College Board scores are released?

Every morning, WebRun signs into your College Board account, checks whether a score report has been released, and records the test, the date, and the scores when it appears. It drafts the note home in Gmail and posts a short update to your counseling channel in Microsoft Teams, alongside the score send deadlines still ahead.

  • You learn the day scores are released rather than checking the site every morning
  • Each result is recorded next to the score send deadlines still ahead
  • Notes home are drafted for a human to send, never emailed automatically

Built for college counselors · parents · tutoring centers · high school administrators

Questions, answered

Will it send scores to colleges?

No. WebRun never orders a score send, never pays a fee, and never registers for a test. It reads the account, records what is there, and lists the send deadlines for a person to act on.

Will it email the student or their family?

No. The note home is written into Gmail Drafts and left for the counselor or parent to read and send, so nothing about a score leaves the account automatically.

What happens on days with no release?

Nothing is posted. WebRun stays quiet until a report actually appears, so the counseling channel only lights up on the morning that matters.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
