See how this week's prospecting actually performed

Every Friday, WebRun opens Cognism, tallies how many verified contacts and phone numbers each rep pulled this week, checks Gmail to see how many of the resulting outreach threads got a reply, and logs a scorecard to Google Sheets so the team can see which reps are turning fresh data into real conversations.

In short

How do I track weekly prospecting performance from Cognism?

Every Friday, WebRun opens Cognism and tallies how many verified contacts and phone numbers each rep pulled that week, then checks Gmail to count how many of the resulting outreach threads got a reply. It logs a scorecard to Google Sheets with a reply rate per rep, so prospecting volume and actual results sit side by side.

  • Reply rate sits next to sourcing volume in one scorecard
  • The team sees prospecting trends week over week, not just a monthly summary
  • No rep has to self report how their week went

Questions, answered

Does it send any outreach emails?

No. WebRun only reads Gmail to count replies on threads that already exist. It does not draft, send, or reply to anything.

How is the reply rate calculated?

It divides the number of outreach threads that received a reply by the number of contacts pulled that week, giving a simple per rep rate rather than a blended team average.

Does it count contacts pulled but not yet used?

Yes, every contact pulled from Cognism that week is counted, whether or not outreach started yet, so the scorecard reflects sourcing volume as well as reply performance.

Put this on autopilot.
