Prevent mobile order pile-ups during your busiest rushes

Every few minutes during trading hours, WebRun checks Square for Restaurants for new mobile orders and compares the incoming rate to your set capacity threshold, cross-checks Odeko for any low-stock items that could slow the queue, and sends a Telegram alert to your manager when the queue is at risk of backing up.

In short

How do I get automatic alerts when mobile orders are overwhelming my coffee shop queue?

WebRun checks your Square for Restaurants mobile order queue every few minutes, comparing the incoming volume to your capacity threshold and checking Odeko for low-stock items that could slow prep. When the queue risks backing up, it sends a Telegram alert to your manager with queue size, rate, and a suggested action. No throttling happens automatically.

  • Queue pile-ups caught within minutes so your team can throttle before falling behind
  • Low-stock items flagged alongside queue volume so managers get the full picture
  • No automatic throttling. Every decision stays with your manager

Questions, answered

Will it pause or throttle mobile ordering automatically?

No. WebRun alerts your manager with the queue data and a suggested action. The decision to throttle or pause new orders is always made by a human in your Square settings.

How do I set the queue capacity threshold?

Tell WebRun your maximum comfortable queue size, for example 15 open orders, and it will trigger an alert whenever that number is exceeded during a check.

What happens if the queue is fine on every check?

WebRun runs silently and sends nothing when the queue is within normal range. Your Telegram only receives a message when the threshold is actually breached.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
