Questions, answered
Will it place an Odeko reorder automatically when stock is low?
No. WebRun sends a Telegram alert with all the details you need to place the order yourself in Odeko. It never places an order on your behalf without your action.
How does it know how much milk and beans I use each day?
WebRun reads your Square for Restaurants item sales data for the past 7 days and calculates the average daily volume of drinks sold, then estimates ingredient usage from that figure.
Can I add other high-priority supplies beyond milk and beans?
Yes. Tell WebRun which Odeko SKUs are critical for your cafe and it will monitor all of them with the same two-day threshold check twice a day.
