In short

How do I remind coaching clients about expiring session credits?

WebRun opens Paperbell every Monday, identifies clients with session credits expiring within 30 days, logs them to a Google Sheet, and drafts a personalised booking nudge in Gmail for each one. Every message waits in your drafts folder so no email goes out without your approval.

  • Clients are reminded before credits lapse, keeping revenue and retention high
  • A Google Sheet gives you a running view of who is at risk each week
  • No client slips through without a timely, personal nudge

Questions, answered

Will it email clients about expiry without my sign-off?

No. Every nudge is saved as a Gmail draft for your review. Nothing reaches a client until you read and send it yourself.

Will it nudge the same client every week until they book?

No. It logs each nudge in the Google Sheet tracker and skips clients who have already been contacted that cycle, so you avoid pestering anyone unnecessarily.

What if a client books or renews after the draft is created?

WebRun reads live Paperbell data each Monday, so clients who booked or renewed since last week are no longer flagged in the next run.

Put this on autopilot.
