In short

How do I stay on top of chimney service agreement renewals before they lapse?

Every morning, WebRun checks Smart Service for service agreements expiring within 30 days, drafts a renewal invoice in QuickBooks at the customer's current price, drafts a short reminder text in Twilio, and posts your office a Slack worklist of what needs review. Nothing is sent to a customer until your office approves the invoice and the text.

  • No service agreement lapses without a renewal invoice and reminder ready to go
  • Office reviews a daily renewal worklist instead of tracking expirations by hand
  • Already renewed or canceled agreements are skipped automatically

Questions, answered

Will it send the renewal invoice or text without approval?

No. The renewal invoice stays a QuickBooks draft and the reminder stays a Twilio draft until your office reviews and sends them. Nothing goes to the customer automatically.

What if the renewal price changed from last year?

The draft invoice notes any difference from the customer's prior agreement price, so your office can confirm or adjust it before sending.

What happens to agreements that already renewed?

WebRun reads the live agreement status in Smart Service each morning, so any agreement already renewed or canceled is left off the worklist.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
