Screen new customers before you invoice them on terms

Every Monday, WebRun opens Chaser, finds customers added since the last run, reads each one's payer rating and credit check result, drafts a Twilio text to the credit controller about anyone flagged as high risk, and books a short credit review in Google Calendar before terms are agreed.

In short

How do I check a new customer's payment risk before invoicing them?

WebRun opens Chaser every Monday, finds customers added since the last run, and reads each one's payer rating, credit check result, and current receivables. It drafts a Twilio alert on the high risk names for you to approve and books a private credit review in Google Calendar, so terms are set with eyes open.

  • Risky customers are known before the first invoice, not after it goes late
  • Every new name carries a payer rating and a credit check result
  • High risk accounts get a booked review instead of an informal chat

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens chaserhq.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1
Chaser - read payer ratings and credit checks

    • Open Chaser and list customers added since the last run
    • Read the payer rating and any credit check result held for each
    • Note current receivables and any invoice already raised against them
    • Sort the list by risk, worst rating first

Done when Every new customer has a payer rating and a credit check status.

  3. 2
Twilio - draft an alert on high risk names
    twilio.com How to Automate Twilio
WebRun in Twilio: draft an alert on high risk names
WebRun opens Twilio to draft an alert on high risk names.
    • Compose a short text for the credit controller naming the high risk customers
    • Leave the message queued and unsent for a person to approve
    • Never text the customer. The alert goes to your own team number only
    • Skip the draft entirely on a week with no flagged names

Done when A ready to approve alert is queued for anyone rated high risk.

  4. 3
Google Calendar - book the credit review
calendar.google.com How to Automate Google Calendar
WebRun in Google Calendar: book the credit review
WebRun opens Google Calendar to book the credit review.
    • Create a 15 minute credit review hold on your own calendar for each flagged customer
    • Put the payer rating, credit check result, and current exposure in the event notes
    • Do not invite the customer or any external guest to the hold

Done when Every flagged customer has a credit review booked before terms are set.

Questions, answered

Will it text the customer or set their credit limit?

No. The Twilio text is drafted for your own credit controller and left queued until a person approves it. WebRun never messages a customer and never sets or changes a credit limit or payment terms.

Which customers does it screen?

Only customers added to Chaser since the last run, so the same name is never screened twice. Each one gets its payer rating, credit check result, and current receivables balance.

Does the calendar hold invite the customer?

No. The credit review is a private hold on your own calendar with the rating and exposure in the notes. No external guest is invited and no invitation is sent.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
