Questions, answered

Does it contact any members or send external emails?

No. The weekly digest is purely internal. WebRun posts it to staff in Slack and logs the data to Google Sheets. No member-facing communication is sent by this workflow.

What counts as a member activity signal?

It tracks five signals: new members joined, renewals completed, memberships expiring in 14 days, event registrations, and members more than 30 days past their renewal date with no payment. Additional signals can be added to the workflow as needed.

Can I use this data to spot engagement trends over time?

Yes. Each week's metrics are appended as a new row in the Google Sheet tracker, building a historical record. Staff can chart the data to track membership growth, renewal rates, and engagement patterns over time.
