Questions, answered

Will it send the welcome email to the new member automatically?

No. Every welcome email is drafted in Gmail and left unsent for staff to review and personalize before sending, so new members always receive a human-approved message.

Does it work with GrowthZone as well as ChamberMaster?

Yes. The workflow reads new member data from your active membership management platform. If your chamber uses GrowthZone (growthzone.com) instead of ChamberMaster, simply point the starting URL to your GrowthZone portal.

What if a member was added by mistake and then deleted?

WebRun only reads records that exist at the time of each run. If a record is removed before the draft is reviewed, staff can simply discard the draft, and the member will not appear in the next run.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
