Win back canceled members with a targeted campaign

Every Monday, WebRun opens your canceled-member tracking sheet in Google Sheets, segments former members by how recently they canceled and what plan they held, drafts a tailored winback email campaign in Mailchimp for each segment, and posts the campaign queue to Slack for your team to review and approve before any email is sent.

In short

How do I automatically win back canceled car wash members?

WebRun reads your canceled-member Google Sheet every Monday, segments former members by how recently they left and what plan they held, and drafts a tailored winback email campaign in Mailchimp for each segment. Every campaign is left unsent and queued in Slack for team approval, so your outreach is targeted, timely, and human-reviewed before reaching anyone.

  • Canceled members are segmented and targeted weekly without any manual list work
  • Winback offers are matched to each member's former plan and time since cancellation
  • No winback email is sent without team review and approval

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens sheets.google.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

    • Also segment by former plan tier to enable a relevant offer in each email
    • Exclude anyone who has already received a winback email in the past 60 days

Done when Canceled members are segmented by recency and former plan, deduplicated from recent outreach.

Questions, answered

Will it send winback emails to former members without my approval?

No. Every winback campaign is drafted in Mailchimp and left unsent. WebRun posts the queue to Slack for your team to review the offer and segment size before any email goes out.

How does it avoid emailing the same person repeatedly?

WebRun tracks which former members have received a winback email in the past 60 days and excludes them automatically, so your outreach stays respectful and does not feel like spam.

What if a former member has already rejoined?

Mark rejoiners as active in your Google Sheet and WebRun will exclude them from the canceled-member segment on every subsequent run, keeping the list clean automatically.

Put this on autopilot.
