Flag a problem history report before you buy

Every morning, WebRun opens Carfax, pulls the vehicle history report for each VIN on your buying list, reads the report for branded titles, reported accidents, odometer problems, and open recalls, posts the exceptions to your buying channel in Slack, and sends the sales floor a plain-language summary in Microsoft Teams.

In short

How do I check vehicle history reports on every VIN before an auction?

WebRun runs every VIN on your daily buying list through Carfax, reading each report for branded titles, reported accidents, odometer discrepancies, and open recalls. It posts the flagged vehicles to your buying channel in Slack and briefs the sales floor in Microsoft Teams, so problem units are caught before you bid.

  • Problem VINs are flagged before the lane opens, not after the purchase
  • Buyers see branded titles and odometer issues first
  • The sales floor knows the history of every unit in stock

Questions, answered

Will it bid, buy, or pass on a vehicle for me?

No. WebRun only reads history reports and reports what it found. Every bid, purchase, and walk-away decision stays with your buyer, who now has the report before the lane opens.

Does it share the reports with customers?

No. The Slack and Microsoft Teams messages go to internal channels only. Sending a report to a shopper stays a human action taken from your own account.

What if a VIN has no report available?

It is listed separately as no report found rather than being called clean, so a buyer knows to check it another way instead of assuming it passed.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
