Chase missing board consents for equity actions
Every Monday, WebRun opens Carta, finds equity actions (grants, repurchases, or conversions) that are missing a required board consent, identifies the outstanding signatories, posts a chase list to Slack, and sends a direct Telegram reminder to each board member who has not yet signed.

How can I automatically chase board members for missing equity consents?
WebRun checks Carta every Monday for equity actions that lack a required board consent, posts a grouped chase list to your legal Slack channel, and sends a direct Telegram reminder to each board member who has not yet signed. Once a consent is collected, the item drops off the list automatically on the next run.
- No equity action stalls because a board consent was forgotten
- Board members get a direct Telegram reminder rather than a buried email thread
- Consents cleared in Carta drop off the list automatically on the next run

Questions, answered
Will it keep reminding board members indefinitely?
No. WebRun sends at most one Telegram reminder per item per day. Once a board member signs in Carta, their name drops off the list on the next run and they receive no further messages.
What types of equity actions are tracked?
WebRun tracks any Carta equity action that requires board approval, including option grants, stock repurchases, and convertible note conversions. You can adjust the action types during setup.
Can it send reminders to board members by email instead of Telegram?
Yes. Swap Telegram for Gmail during setup and WebRun will draft a reminder email per outstanding signatory for your legal team to review and send. Direct messaging goes to Telegram by default.
