How do I make sure every order actually gets shipped through Canada Post?
WebRun compares every Canada Post shipment created each day against your order list in Airtable, flagging any order with no matching shipment and any shipment with no matching order. It emails you the mismatch list every morning, so an order that never got shipped surfaces the same day instead of showing up in a customer complaint.
- Unshipped orders surface the same day instead of at a customer complaint
- Every shipment is matched against a real order automatically
- The fulfillment team gets one short list instead of two systems to check

Questions, answered
Will it create or cancel shipping labels?
No. WebRun only reads shipments already created in Canada Post. Creating, voiding, or reprinting a label stays your action.
What causes an order to show as unmatched?
Usually a shipment that hasn't been created yet, or one created under the wrong order reference. Either way it surfaces the same day, not at month end.
Does it check international and domestic shipments the same way?
Yes. Every shipment created in the business account is checked against the order list regardless of destination.
