In short

How do I keep track of CRA deadlines and new notices for my business?

WebRun signs in to your Canada Revenue Agency business account every Monday, reads upcoming due dates and any new correspondence, logs each one in an Airtable tracker with its date and status, and posts the week ahead to Microsoft Teams. It reads only: nothing is ever filed, paid or submitted for you.

  • Deadlines surface 14 days out instead of the week they are due
  • New CRA correspondence is noticed the Monday after it lands
  • One Airtable tracker holds every date across every program account

Setup & safety

Secure by default

Connect once, stays signed in

WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.

Your credentials stay in your own private environment - WebRun never stores your passwords.

Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.

Good to know

Questions, answered

Will it file or pay anything on my behalf?

No. WebRun only reads your CRA account and records what it finds. It never files a return, never submits a form, never makes a payment, and never changes an account setting. Every action stays with you or your accountant.

Is it safe to let it into a government account?

It runs under Strict Lockdown: only the domains you allow are reachable, shell commands and file uploads are blocked, and every typed character is guardrailed. It reads pages and copies dates. Sign-in stays a one-time step you complete yourself.

What if a due date has already passed?

The Airtable row is marked Overdue and the Teams post leads with it, so a missed date is the first thing your finance channel sees on Monday rather than something discovered at year end.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
