In short

How do I make sure every missed call gets called back?

WebRun opens CallHippo every hour, reads the call logs for calls that rang out unanswered, and notes the number, the time and the agent. It posts an assigned callback list to Slack, then sends your sales lead a Telegram note on anything still uncalled after your chosen window.

  • Missed calls get an owner within the hour
  • Repeat callers are flagged before they give up
  • No caller is dialled automatically, so every callback is human

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens callhippo.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1
CallHippo - find calls nobody answered

    • Open CallHippo and filter the call logs to missed and unanswered calls in the last hour
    • Capture the caller number, the time of the call, the number it came in on, and the agent it was routed to
    • Check whether the same number already called back or was called back since
    • Read the logs only. Never place a call or send a text to a caller

Done when Every unanswered call from the last hour is listed with its number and time.

  3. 2

    • Post the callback list to your sales channel with one line per missed call
    • Name the agent the call was routed to and mention them so the callback has an owner
    • Put the oldest missed call first and mark repeat callers, who are usually the most urgent

Done when Every missed call has an owner and a place in the Slack list.

  4. 3
Telegram - escalate what is still uncalled
    telegram.org How to Automate Telegram
WebRun in Telegram: escalate what is still uncalled
WebRun opens Telegram to escalate what is still uncalled.
    • Send your sales lead a short Telegram note on calls still not returned after your chosen window
    • Include how long each caller has been waiting and how many times they tried
    • Stay quiet on the hours when every missed call was already returned

Done when Your lead knows which callers are still waiting.

Questions, answered

Will it call or text the caller back itself?

No. WebRun only reads the CallHippo logs and posts an internal list for your team. Every callback is placed by a person, so nobody gets an automated call from your number.

What if the caller already got through?

It checks the live call log each hour and drops anyone who has since connected or been called back, so nobody is chased twice for the same missed call.

Can it run only during business hours?

Yes. Set the hours you want and WebRun checks the logs on that schedule, so out-of-hours calls appear in the first list of the next working day.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
