Get your Bsale monthly sales tax summary ready for filing
On the first of each month, WebRun opens Bsale, totals last month's sales by boleta and factura, the IVA collected, and any documents still pending SII acceptance, cross-checks the totals against what is booked in Xero, and writes a filing-ready summary to Google Sheets for your accountant.

How do I get a monthly Bsale sales tax summary ready for SII filing?
WebRun totals last month's Bsale sales by boleta and factura, IVA collected, and documents still pending SII, on the first of each month. It cross-checks the totals against what is booked in Xero and writes a filing-ready summary to Google Sheets, so your accountant files with SII from one clean sheet instead of pulling reports by hand.
- Month end tax filing starts from one clean summary, not scattered reports
- Documents still pending SII never inflate the filed total
- Xero and Bsale totals are cross-checked before the summary reaches your accountant
Built for retail accountants · bookkeepers · small business owners · Bsale administrators

Questions, answered
Does it file the return with SII automatically?
No. WebRun only prepares and exports the summary. Your accountant reviews it and handles the actual filing with SII themselves.
What if some documents are still pending SII acceptance at month end?
They are listed separately and kept out of the final total until SII returns an accepted or rejected status, so the summary is not overstated.
Can it break totals down by store location?
Yes. If you run multiple locations, the summary can total company-wide or split out by each location.
