Will it reply to my contacts for me?
No. WebRun only reads your Botim and WhatsApp chats and posts an internal list to Telegram. It never sends a message to a contact, and a human always writes the actual reply.
How does it decide a chat is unanswered?
A chat counts as unanswered when the most recent message came from the contact and has been sitting longer than the cutoff you set, commonly 4 hours during the working day.
What if a colleague already answered on WhatsApp?
That chat is dropped from the list. WebRun checks WhatsApp for each waiting contact before posting, so you do not chase someone who was already helped on the other channel.
