In short

How do I get a weekly summary of my whole deal pipeline?

Every Friday, WebRun pulls every active listing's stage from BizBuySell, rolls it up against your Google Sheets deal tracker, and posts a full pipeline summary to Slack broken down by stage, with stalled deals flagged separately. Nothing reaches a buyer or seller, so your team closes the week with a clear, internal view.

  • Your whole team sees exactly where every deal stands, every week
  • Stalled deals get flagged before they're forgotten for a month
  • No more manually compiling a pipeline report from memory

Questions, answered

Does it contact any buyers or sellers?

No. The summary is entirely internal, posted only to your team's Slack channel. No buyer or seller is contacted as part of this workflow.

What counts as a stalled deal?

Any deal that hasn't moved stage in 3 or more weeks, by default. You can tighten or loosen that threshold to match how fast your pipeline usually moves.

Can it break the summary down by broker?

Yes. Tell WebRun during setup and it will group the pipeline summary by broker as well as by stage, so each person sees their own book at a glance.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
