How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it send the follow-up emails automatically?
No. WebRun drafts each follow-up and leaves it in Gmail for the assigned rep to review and send. Nothing goes to an account contact without the rep approving it.
How long does a quote have to be open before it gets a follow-up draft?
The default is three days with no customer response. You can adjust this threshold at setup to match your sales cycle length.
What if a quote is already being followed up manually?
If the rep has already marked the quote as responded or converted in VIP, it will not appear in the next run. Only genuinely open, unresponded quotes are included.
