How do I automatically remind barbershop clients to rebook?
WebRun checks Squire every morning for clients whose last cut was 3 to 5 weeks ago and who have no future booking. It drafts a personalised SMS for each one in Twilio, queues them for your review in Slack, and sends nothing until you approve, keeping chairs full without spamming regulars.
- Lapsing regulars are nudged before they drift to a competitor
- No message goes out without your sign-off
- Booking link in every reminder makes it one tap to rebook
Built for barbershops · barbers · grooming studios · men's salons

Questions, answered
Will it text clients without my approval?
No. Every message is drafted and queued for your review in Slack first. Nothing is sent until you release the batch.
How does it know when a client is due?
It reads the last-visit date from Squire and checks there is no future booking already on the books, targeting the 3 to 5 week window when most clients are ready to rebook.
What if a client already booked since the last visit?
Anyone with an upcoming appointment in Squire is skipped automatically, so they never receive a duplicate nudge.
