Stop letting group questions go unanswered
Every morning, WebRun opens each Naver Band group you moderate, finds posts and comments from the last two days that still have no reply from an admin, sends you the ranked unanswered list on Telegram, and posts the same digest into your Microsoft Teams moderator channel so someone picks each one up.

How do I find unanswered posts in my Naver Band groups?
WebRun opens every Naver Band group you moderate each morning and finds posts and questions from the last two days that nobody has replied to. It sends you the list on Telegram ranked by waiting time, and posts the same digest into your Microsoft Teams moderator channel.
- Questions get answered the same day instead of scrolling away
- Moderators see one ranked list rather than every group feed
- Anything waiting over 24 hours is called out at the top

How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it reply to members in the group?
No. WebRun only reads your Naver Band groups and reports what is unanswered. It never posts, comments, reacts, or messages a member. Every reply stays a human one.
How far back does it look?
It reads the last 48 hours by default, so a question asked yesterday evening still appears this morning. Tell WebRun a different window and it uses that instead.
What if a moderator already answered?
That post drops off, because WebRun re-reads the live thread each morning rather than working from yesterday's list. Only genuinely unanswered items are reported.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
