Questions, answered
Will it contact the customer without my approval?
No. Both the email and the SMS are queued as drafts for your review. Nothing reaches the customer until you approve and send.
Can it show the remaining balance in the notice?
Yes. WebRun reads the deposit recorded in BakeSmart and calculates the outstanding balance, including it in both the email and the SMS draft.
What if the customer only gave a phone number and no email?
WebRun drafts whichever contact channels are available on the order. If there is no email, only the SMS draft is created, and vice versa.
