Reorder ingredients before you run out

Every morning, WebRun opens FlexiBake and checks current ingredient stock levels against your reorder thresholds. It drafts a purchase order for any items below the threshold, logs the reorder to your Google Sheet, and posts a low-stock alert to Slack so you can review and approve the order before it goes to your supplier.

In short

How do I automatically get alerts when bakery ingredients need reordering?

Every morning, WebRun checks ingredient stock levels in FlexiBake against your reorder thresholds. It logs all low-stock items with required quantities to your Google Sheets reorder log and posts a prioritised alert to Slack, so your team can review and approve purchase orders before anything runs out.

  • Low-stock ingredients flagged every morning before the day's baking starts
  • Critically low items highlighted so urgent orders go first
  • No ingredient stockout surprises during peak production

Questions, answered

Will it place orders with suppliers automatically?

No. WebRun identifies low-stock items and logs the required quantities, but does not place orders on your behalf. A human reviews and approves all orders before they go to the supplier.

Can it handle different thresholds for different ingredients?

Yes. WebRun reads the reorder threshold set for each ingredient in FlexiBake, so each item is checked against its own minimum level.

What if stock was restocked after the last check?

WebRun reads live stock levels from FlexiBake each morning, so any items that have been restocked are automatically removed from the low-stock list.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
