In short

How do I automatically route new bail bond leads to the right agent?

WebRun checks Captira every few minutes for new online bail applications, matches each one to the right agent based on your routing rules, logs the assignment to a Google Sheet, and sends the agent an immediate Slack alert with the defendant details and indemnitor contact, so no new lead sits unworked.

  • Every new bail application is assigned and alerted within minutes, not hours
  • No lead sits unrouted in the queue overnight
  • Managers see a full log of every lead and its assigned agent in real time

Questions, answered

Will it contact the defendant or indemnitor directly?

No. WebRun only posts an internal Slack alert to your agent. All outbound calls and texts to the defendant or indemnitor are handled by your team after reviewing the lead.

How does it decide which agent gets the lead?

Routing follows the rules you configure, such as by county, agent availability, or round-robin rotation. You set the criteria once and WebRun applies them on every run.

What happens to leads that come in overnight?

WebRun queues every application in the Google Sheet with its timestamp. When agents come online, the sheet shows all overnight leads in order so nothing is missed.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
