How do I chase expenses that are missing receipts?
Every Monday WebRun opens Axonaut and finds the expenses recorded with no receipt attached, capturing the amount, supplier and the person who spent it. It posts the list grouped by person to Microsoft Teams and drafts a Gmail chaser for each one, so the file is complete before the period closes.
- Undocumented spend is named and totalled every Monday
- Each missing receipt has a person attached, not just an amount
- Chasers are written and waiting, so sending them takes a minute

How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it email colleagues without me?
No. Each chaser is left as a Gmail draft for the bookkeeper to review and send. WebRun writes the email and a person decides whether it goes out.
Does it change anything in Axonaut?
No. WebRun reads expenses and their attachments and reports what is missing. It never edits an expense, reclassifies a category or uploads a document.
What about expenses chased last week?
They stay on the list but are marked as already chased, with the number of weeks outstanding, so a receipt nobody ever sent becomes obvious rather than blending into the new items.
