In short

How do I automatically send technicians their daily job schedule from Jobber?

Every morning before work begins, WebRun pulls each technician's jobs from Jobber, sorts them by start time and location, and posts a personalised route and job digest to each tech in Slack. Dispatchers also get a crew-level overview, so every technician leaves the depot fully briefed without a morning briefing call.

  • Every technician starts the day with their full route and job details in Slack
  • Dispatchers see a crew-level overview without manually compiling it each morning
  • Special instructions and access notes surface automatically so no tech arrives unprepared

Questions, answered

Does it automatically reassign jobs if a tech calls in sick?

No. WebRun reads the current Jobber schedule and posts it to Slack. If a technician is unavailable, your dispatcher reassigns jobs in Jobber and WebRun will reflect the updated schedule on the next morning's run.

Can each technician see only their own jobs?

Yes. WebRun sends each technician a personalised digest showing only their own assigned jobs for the day. A separate manager-level digest in the dispatch channel shows the full crew overview for coordinators.

What if a job is added or changed after the morning digest goes out?

The digest reflects the Jobber schedule at the time of the morning run. For same-day changes, your dispatcher updates the tech directly. You can also re-run the digest manually mid-day if needed.
