How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it send chaser emails to trade customers without my approval?
No. Every chaser email is saved as a Gmail draft and left unsent. Your credit controller reviews each one and decides what to send, so no message goes to a trade customer without human approval.
What about accounts that are on a payment plan or in dispute?
WebRun skips accounts already flagged with a payment arrangement in MAM Software Autopart. You can also add accounts to a manual exclusion list in Autopart so they are never included in the chase run.
How far back does it look for overdue invoices?
It reads the aged debt report in Autopart and flags any invoice outside the account's agreed payment terms, whether that is 30, 60, or 90 days, based on what is configured for that account in the system.
