How do I create monthly ATM location commission statements automatically?
On the 1st of each month, WebRun opens Switch Commerce, totals last month's surcharge revenue by terminal, and calculates the commission owed to each location owner under their agreed split. It builds a statement in Google Sheets and drafts the email to each location in Gmail, leaving every draft unsent for review, so nothing goes out unchecked.
- Every location's statement is calculated and drafted by the 1st, not chased down mid month
- A missing or unconfirmed commission split gets flagged instead of silently guessed at
- Every commission figure is reviewed by a person before a location owner ever sees it
Built for independent ATM operators · ISO ATM deployers · ATM location owners · route managers

Questions, answered
Will it email commission statements to location owners without me?
No. WebRun only drafts each statement email in Gmail and leaves it unsent. Someone reviews the numbers and clicks send, so no commission figure reaches a location owner without a person checking it first.
What if a location's commission split has never been confirmed?
It flags that location instead of guessing at a split, so a new or unclear agreement gets sorted out before a statement with the wrong number goes anywhere near a draft.
How is the commission amount calculated?
It applies each location's agreed split percentage to that terminal's actual surcharge revenue for the month, so the statement always traces back to the same numbers in Switch Commerce.
