How do I get a daily ATM settlement summary automatically?
Every morning, WebRun opens Switch Commerce, totals yesterday's transactions, surcharge revenue, and settlement amount for every route, and records the deposit in QuickBooks split by route. It posts your team a Slack summary with any route that moved more than 15 percent from its average, so you catch a slipping route before the week is over.
- Yesterday's settlement is booked in QuickBooks before the team's first coffee
- A route that drops more than 15 percent gets flagged the next morning, not at month end
- Ops gets one Slack number to check instead of logging into Switch Commerce every day

Questions, answered
Does it book the deposit in QuickBooks on its own?
Yes, but only the routine daily settlement deposit split by route. It never issues payments or moves money between accounts, it just records what Switch Commerce already settled so your books match your processor.
How does it decide a route looks off?
It compares each route's transaction count and revenue to its own 7 day average and flags anything that moves more than 15 percent, so a real drop in a low volume route does not get lost next to your busiest machines.
What if Switch Commerce and my bank settlement do not match?
WebRun reports the Switch Commerce total as recorded. A mismatch against your actual bank deposit is a reconciliation item for your bookkeeper, WebRun flags the numbers but does not adjust your bank records.
