Turn daily feed use into a live FCR report
Every morning, WebRun opens Innovasea Farm360, reads yesterday's feed quantities and current biomass for each cage, calculates the feed conversion ratio, logs the figures to a Google Sheets tracker so the trend builds, and posts a short FCR summary to Slack.

How do I turn daily feed use into a feed conversion ratio report?
Every morning, WebRun opens Innovasea Farm360 and reads yesterday's feed quantities and current biomass for each cage. It calculates the feed conversion ratio, logs the figures to a Google Sheets tracker so the trend builds over time, then posts a Slack summary ranking cages by FCR, so feed efficiency stays visible day to day.
- Feed conversion ratio is tracked per cage every morning, not guessed
- Rising FCR surfaces in Slack before feed cost runs away
- A dated FCR history builds so feeding efficiency trends are visible
Built for fish farms · aquaculture managers · feed technicians · cage farm operators

1
Innovasea Farm360 - read feed use and biomass
WebRun opens Innovasea Farm360 to read feed use and biomass. - Open Farm360 and go to the feeding records for yesterday
- Read the feed quantity fed per cage and the current biomass for each
- Capture feed weight and biomass side by side for every active cage
Done when Yesterday's feed weight and current biomass are captured for every active cage.
-
2
Google Sheets - log the daily FCR
WebRun opens Google Sheets to log the daily FCR. - Open the FCR tracker sheet
- Append a dated row per cage with feed fed, biomass, and the calculated feed conversion ratio
- Compute the running trend so a rising FCR stands out
Done when Each cage has a dated FCR row and its trend is updated.

How is each run configured?

Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.

Questions, answered
How is the feed conversion ratio calculated?
It is feed fed divided by biomass gain, both read straight from Farm360. WebRun never invents a number, it only computes the ratio from the feed and biomass figures Farm360 already records for each cage.
Does it message anyone outside the farm?
No. WebRun logs the FCR to Google Sheets and posts an internal Slack summary for the farm team. It never contacts a supplier, buyer, or anyone outside on its own.
What if a cage had no feeding logged yesterday?
WebRun skips it for that day and notes the gap in the summary, so a missing feeding record shows up rather than quietly skewing the FCR trend.
