How do I turn the Amazon Ads search term report into keywords and negatives?
WebRun reads your Amazon Ads search term report every Monday and splits last week's terms into two lists: terms converting under your ACOS target that deserve promoting to keywords, and terms burning clicks with no orders that deserve negating. Both land in Microsoft Teams, with a Telegram summary of the saving available.
- Wasted search terms are negated the week they appear
- Converting terms get promoted to keywords instead of sitting in a report
- The weekly optimization pass takes minutes instead of an afternoon

Questions, answered
Will it add keywords or negatives to my campaigns?
No. WebRun builds both lists and files them for you to review. Adding a keyword, adding a negative, or changing a bid stays a decision you make and apply in Amazon Ads yourself.
How does it decide what to negate?
It uses the thresholds you set, typically a minimum click count with zero orders, or an ACOS well above your target. Change the numbers and the next run follows them.
Will it suggest terms that are already keywords?
No. It checks each candidate against the keywords and negatives already in the ad group, so the list only contains terms you have not acted on yet.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
