Track your AIVA composition pipeline every week
Every Monday, WebRun opens Notion, reads every music brief marked In Progress, checks each composition's status in AIVA, and logs the project, stage, and last update to Google Sheets for a running record of what's finished and what's still in the works.

How do I track the status of every music composition in progress?
WebRun reads every music brief marked In Progress in Notion each Monday, checks that composition's current stage in AIVA, and logs the project, stage, and last update to Google Sheets. A scattered set of briefs and drafts turns into one weekly pipeline view, so nothing sits unfinished without anyone noticing.
- Every composition's stage is visible in one weekly log
- Stalled briefs get caught instead of forgotten in Notion
- A running pipeline history builds up in Sheets automatically

Questions, answered
Does it change or finalize a composition?
No. WebRun only reads each composition's stage and logs it. Editing or finalizing a track stays a manual step in AIVA.
What if a brief has no matching AIVA project yet?
It's logged as Not Started, so the gap is visible instead of silently skipped from the pipeline log.
Can it track more than one composer's briefs?
Yes. It reads every brief marked In Progress in the Notion database, regardless of who's assigned to it.
