How do I catch missing or mismatched Air Canada itineraries before travel?
WebRun checks your team's upcoming Air Canada bookings every morning against the trip entries in your Notion planner, flags any missing return leg or date mismatch, and logs each exception to Airtable for a coordinator to resolve. Itinerary gaps get caught before a traveler discovers one at the airport.
- Missing return legs get caught the morning after booking, not at the gate
- Planned trips with no matching booking are flagged before departure
- Every mismatch has a tracked follow-up in Airtable

Questions, answered
Will it book a missing flight or fix a mismatch itself?
No. WebRun only compares bookings against the trip planner and logs mismatches. Booking or correcting an itinerary is done by your travel coordinator.
How does it know a trip is planned if it's not booked yet?
It reads the trip entries already in your Notion travel planner, so a trip only counts as planned once it's been added there.
What if a traveler intentionally books one-way?
Any flagged mismatch is a suggestion for review, not an automatic error. The coordinator confirms whether it's intentional and marks it resolved.
