In short

How do I report on daily call volume and answer rate?

WebRun opens Aircall every morning and reads yesterday's call activity by line and by teammate. It writes volume, answer rate, average wait, and handle time into a Google Sheets history, then sends the headline figures to Telegram with the change against your 7-day average.

  • Yesterday's phone performance lands before the first call of the day
  • A rolling history in Sheets shows trend instead of one noisy day
  • Lines missing more calls than they answer get named immediately

Good to know

Questions, answered

Will it call or text anyone?

No. WebRun reads Aircall analytics and reports them internally. It never places a call, sends an SMS, or returns a missed call, so no customer hears from it. Calling back stays a human job.

Can it break the numbers down by teammate?

Yes. It writes a per-teammate tab with each person's calls handled, average duration, and missed calls, which makes one-to-one coaching conversations concrete rather than anecdotal.

Does it listen to call recordings?

No. It reads counts, timings, and answer rates from the analytics view only. It never opens, plays, downloads, or transcribes a recording, so conversation content is never touched.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
