No. WebRun creates each invoice as a draft in QuickBooks and leaves it unsent. You review the acres and charges and click send, so nothing is billed to a grower without your approval first.
How does it know what to bill each grower?
It totals the completed scouting visits, acres, and sampling jobs recorded in FieldX for the week and applies your agreed per-acre and per-service rates as line items on the draft.
Will it bill the same visit twice?
No. WebRun skips any work already invoiced in a prior run and only bills scouting completed since the last invoice, so a grower is never double-charged for the same visit.
