In short

How can I automatically follow up on unanswered proposals from Monograph?

WebRun checks open proposals in Monograph every Monday, identifies any sent more than seven days ago with no client response, and drafts a courteous follow-up email in Gmail for each. It posts a Slack pipeline summary for your review. No email reaches a prospect until you approve and send each Gmail draft.

  • No proposal goes cold because a follow-up was forgotten
  • Principals see the full proposal pipeline every Monday in Slack
  • No email reaches a prospect without your explicit review and approval

Good to know

Questions, answered

Will it email prospects without my approval?

No. Every follow-up is saved as a Gmail draft and shown in the Slack summary first. You review and send each one yourself. Nothing reaches a prospect without your explicit sign-off.

How does it know a proposal has had no response?

WebRun checks the proposal status in Monograph. If the status is still open or pending and no response date is recorded after seven days, the proposal is flagged for follow-up.

Can I change the follow-up window from seven days?

Yes. Tell WebRun your preferred follow-up interval and it will only flag proposals that have been waiting longer than that number of days before drafting a reminder.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
