Questions, answered
Will it publish an episode?
No. WebRun updates production stage fields in Notion and rows in Google Sheets only. Publishing stays a human action, and the publish status on a Notion page is never changed by the run.
What counts as a stalled episode?
Any recording sitting in the same production stage for more than seven days. Those rows are highlighted in the Google Sheets tracker so a producer can unblock them the next morning.
Does it create a duplicate page for the same recording?
No. WebRun matches each Adobe Podcast project to an existing Notion page by name first, and only creates a page when the recording has no entry at all.
